A migration that unlocked performance and revenue
Ares Tag needed to unlock performance and revenue on a structure that no longer kept up with the operation. The migration was conducted alongside an ERP integration, delivering a flexible foundation with ongoing support and room to scale.
Uncode redesigned the digital operation of Ares Tag through the migration to the Olist + Vnda platform, creating a more flexible, scalable and performance-driven technology foundation.
The project started with user flow mapping, followed by custom UI, UX and CX design focused on a clearer, more intuitive and personalized buying experience. We implemented strategic upsell and cross-sell features, full SEO structuring, plus the ERP migration and the creation of the blog, giving the client team more autonomy.
With continuous support and optimization, the new operation produced fast and consistent results: -31.44% in load time and +34.05% in monthly revenue in the very first month.
