Andrea Bogosian · Migration
When performance and conversion move together
Andrea Bogosian faced significant limitations in its digital operation. The previous platform loaded slowly across every page, directly hurting the user experience and holding back conversion. Migrating to Jet gave the team more performance and operational autonomy, with an experience redesigned around how the audience actually behaves.
When taking on the Andrea Bogosian project, Uncode started with an in-depth analysis of the entire e-commerce, considering not only the existing operation but also direct competitors and market references. That strategic diagnostic was essential to guide decisions on experience, performance and conversion.
From those insights, we built the prototypes in Figma, validated through navigation testing with 6 real users. This stage made sure every interface component was in the right place, making navigation more intuitive, fluid and aligned with how users actually behave.
As a direct result, the new store delivered a 68% improvement in mobile load time and a 71% increase in conversion from one month to the next — performance that held consistently in the following months, making the migration a significant leap in performance and results.
